Returns Policy

At Silk Dream, your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Not damaged due to misuse

Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos as proof. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return

Please share your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Our mistake (wrong item / damaged product) → We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind → Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days via bank transfer or store credit.

Please Note: Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit only.

Items NOT Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, panties, and bras (once opened)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized orders
