Pricing & Payments
All prices on silkdream.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received or COD is verified.
Order Processing & Delivery
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery may take 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
